Access to Lake Tahoe Private Beaches in Incline Village:

Guests staying at this property do have access to optional IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) Punch Cards to allow entry into Incline Village exclusive amenities including the private Lake Tahoe beaches in Incline Village - Burnt Cedar Beach, Incline Beach, Ski Beach, and Hermit Beach.

For short-term & vacation rentals, access to Incline Village's private beaches works through these "Punch Cards" and not all hotels and vacation rental properties in Incline Village are provided these Punch Cards.  

These Punch Cards are available for our guests to reserve, subject to availability.

An IVGID Punch Card is not required at public beaches such as (but not limited to) Sand Harbor Beach, Chimney Beach, and Kings Beach.

Punch Cards can be reserved upon request. To reserve a Punch Card, you will be charged a deposit for the full amount of the balance available on the IVGID Punch Card provided to you.

For this 2026/2027 season, each Punch Card provided by IVGID starts with $173 worth of funds to access IVGID amenities. Incline Village private beach access is $18 per person for this 2026 season and the Punch Card (or pass card for full-time residents of Incline Village) is the only way to access these private beaches.

At check out, you can leave the Punch Card in the unit and any remaining balance on the Punch Card will be refunded back to you.

You can also go to the IVGID website and find more information on the Punch Cards and IVGID amenities under the Parks and Recreation tab on the Incline Village private beaches, Recreation Center facilities, and other community amenities, golf courses, etc.

UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: we are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months. Please check the weather conditions in advance. We recommend 4WD, AWD, chains, or snow tires in the winter, and if you would like to protect your trip for reasons not covered by the standard cancellation policy, we recommend the purchase of external trip insurance in the event your travel plans change or you need to cancel.

ROAD CONDITIONS: The best source for real-time road conditions will be Cal Trans for California highways - and Nevada DOT for the Nevada highways.
